On August 29, 2013, the Board of Directors of Franklin Financial Corporation (the “Company”) approved a stock repurchase program whereby the Company may repurchase up to 5%, or 612,530 shares, of its outstanding common stock commencing upon the completion of the 5% stock repurchase program approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on November 15, 2012.
