Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares are represented by restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the Reporting Person's right to receive one share of Class B Common Stock of the Issuer, subject to the applicable vesting schedule. In the event the Reporting Person ceases to be a Service Provider, the unvested RSUs will be cancelled by the Issuer.

2. The sales reported by the Reporting Person are intended to cover the taxable obligation due on restricted stock units that vested on March 20, 2024.

3. The sale price reported in Column 4 of Table I represents the weighted average sale price of the shares sold in multiple transactions ranging from $9.30 to $9.50 per share. Upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer, the Reporting Person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth herein.
