Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of XPEL common stock.

2. On August 29, 2023, the Reporting Person was granted a prorated director annual equity grant of 697 RSUs pursuant to the XPEL 2020 Equity Incentive Plan which was approved by the Board of Directors and stockholders. Provided the reporting person remains in continuous service, these RSUs will vest in three equal quarterly installments beginning on November 24, 2023.
