Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 17, 2013, Lone Pine Resources Inc. (“Lone Pine” or the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it had filed with the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) a plan of compromise and arrangement under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and that the Court had authorized the Company and its subsidiaries to call and hold meetings of their affected unsecured creditors to consider and vote on the Plan.
On December 19, 2013, the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, announcing that it had completed the disposition of certain non-operated, minority interest, oil producing properties located in the Loon area of Northern Alberta, and had obtained an undeveloped land continuation at Pointed Mountain in the Liard Basin.
