1. The option exercises and sales reported on this Form 4 were effected by a broker pursuant to instructions set forth in a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on March 9, 2023.

2. Represents a weighted average sales price per share. These shares were sold at prices ranging from $39.25 to $40.19. The Reporting Person has provided to the issuer, and will provide to any security holder of the issuer or the SEC staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

3. Represents a weighted average sales price per share. These shares were sold at prices ranging from $40.315 to $40.50. The Reporting Person has provided to the issuer, and will provide to any security holder of the issuer or the SEC staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

4. Represents a weighted average sales price per share. These shares were sold at prices ranging from $40.20 to $40.72. The Reporting Person has provided to the issuer, and will provide to any security holder of the issuer or the SEC staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

5. This option was granted on February 4, 2015 and vested one-fourth on the first anniversary of such date and then 1/48th monthly thereafter.

6. This option was granted on February 22, 2017 and vested one-fourth on the first anniversary of such date and then 1/48th monthly thereafter.
