Item 8.01. Other Events
On March 27, 2012, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (“ARCP”) announced that, due to technical difficulties, it has rescheduled its conference call to discuss operating results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, which was originally scheduled at 3:00 pm ET on March 26, 2012. The call will now be held at 12:00 pm ET on April 2, 2012.
A copy of the press release announcing the rescheduling of the operating results conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
