Press Release Relating to Fourth Quarter 2013 Financial Results Conference Call
On February 13, 2014, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it plans to issue its fourth quarter 2013 financial results before market open on Thursday, February 27, 2014 and host its fourth quarter 2013 financial results conference call and webcast on that same day at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The call will be conducted by Nicholas S. Schorsch, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, David S. Kay, the Company’s President, Lisa Beeson, the Company’s Chief Operating Officer, and Brian S. Block, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
A copy of the press release announcing the foregoing is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
