Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") made to the Reporting Person under the Issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest over a three-year period, with 25% of the grant vesting on January 31, 2024 (the "Grant Date"), and the remaining portion of the grant vesting in 12 quarterly installments of 6.25% thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through each vesting date. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share. The number of RSUs is equal to $5,209,062.50 divided by the average closing price over the prior 100 consecutive trading days as determined on the Grant Date.
