Tesoro Logistics LP (the “Partnership”) is providing supplemental financial information disclosing adjusted net income per limited partner unit assuming the Partnership’s unitholders had participated in losses associated with assets acquired from Tesoro prior to the acquisition date (the “Predecessors”) for all periods included in the Partnership’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the Year Ended December 31, 2013 (“Annual Report”). Exhibit 99.1 presents Item 6. Selected Financial Data from the Partnership’s Annual Report with the supplemental financial information included therein.
