On January 30, 2018, Andeavor issued a press release providing preliminary information regarding its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2017, including estimated impacts related to recent Federal tax-reform legislation. The press release contained material information about Andeavor Logistics LP (the “Partnership”). The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
