Investment and divestment decisions are made by the board of directors of 3i Corporation, which is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of 3i Group plc, a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange. As a result, 3i Corporation, as manager of each of the funds, and 3i U.S. Growth Corporation, as general partner of each of the funds, may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares of common stock held by the managed funds. |
