Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") that were initially granted to the Reporting Person on April 2, 2018, subject to certain gating criteria, which gating criteria was subsequently achieved. On March 12, 2019, the Compensation Committee of the Issuer's Board of Directors approved of the vesting of the RSUs. Shares will be issued upon vesting and will vest annually, in substantially equal installments, over a three-year period beginning on April 2, 2019. |
