Item 8.01 – Other Events
On June 12, 2023 Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc. (the “Company”) issued 675,000 shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (“Common Stock”), pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise in full of the option to purchase additional shares granted to the underwriters in connection with the Company’s previously announced public offering of 4,500,000 shares of Common Stock, which closed May 15, 2023. Net proceeds to the Company from the issuance of the Shares were approximately $11.6 million (after deducting estimated offering expenses).
