On November 7, 2017, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

On November 7, 2017, the registrant issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the declaration of a fourth fiscal quarter 2017 base dividend of $0.39 per share for stockholders of record as of December 15, 2017, payable on January 12, 2018, and a quarterly variable supplemental dividend of $0.06 per share for stockholders of record as of November 30, 2017, payable on December 29, 2017.
