Item 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 19, 2020, the registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 19, 2020, the registrant issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the declaration of aggregate special cash dividends per share of $0.50 that will be paid to shareholders during the second quarter of 2020. Specifically, $0.25 per share will be payable on April 30, 2020 to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2020, and $0.25 per share will be payable on June 30, 2020 to shareholders of record as of June 15, 2020. The registrant also announced the declaration of a first quarter 2020 base dividend per share of $0.41 to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2020, payable on April 15, 2020, and a fourth quarter 2019 supplemental dividend per share of $0.06 to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2020, payable on March 31, 2020.
