Press Release Announcing Participation in the Credit Suisse 2012 Energy Summit and Updates on Hydraulic Fracturing Fleets
On February 6, 2012, C&J Energy Services, Inc. (“C&J”) issued a press release, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that it’s management will be meeting with various institutional investors on February 9 and 10, 2012 in one-on-one meetings at the Credit Suisse 2012 Energy Summit in Vail, Colorado. The press release also included an update on the utilization of C&J’s six hydraulic fracturing fleets and the anticipated delivery schedule of Fleets 7 and 8.
