Effective September 18, 2012, Jarnes Khorozian resigned as the sole director and as the President, Secretary and Treasurer of Charlie GPS Inc. (the “Company”). To the knowledge of the Company, Mr. Khorozian’s resignation as a director was not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
