On September 20, 2019, Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that members of the Company's management will attend and participate in meetings at the 2019 Johnson Rice Energy Conference on September 24, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
