Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 2, 2019, Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the lenders under its senior secured credit facility have concluded their semi-annual redetermination. Effective November 26, 2019, the borrowing base redetermination resulted in a reaffirmation of the borrowing base at $375 million and the elected commitments at $350 million. The press release also re-announced that the Company will attend and participate in Capital One's 14th Annual Energy Conference in Houston on December 10-12, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
