1. Pro rata distribution from HealthCare Ventures IX, L.P., of which the reporting person is a limited partner. The reporting person is also a Managing Director of HealthCare Partners VIII, LLC, which is General Partner of HealthCare Partners VIII, L.P., which is the General Partner of HealthCare Ventures VIII, L.P. ("HCV VIII"). HCV VIII continues to hold 2,618,406 shares of common stock, representing 17.8% of the outstanding shares of common stock.
