Explanation of Responses:

1. This amendment is being filed to correctly report options exercises that were previously reported with the wrong exercise price. Additionally, options exercises for an aggregate of 10,000 shares were previously reported on separate lines in two amendments filed on July 25, 2024, but all the options exercises have been aggregated and reported in one line in this amendment because all of the options had identical terms.
