On February 3, 2012, Marathon Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) will provide certain financial and statistical “Market Data” information on the Company’s Investor Relations website athttp://ir.marathonpetroleum.com by clicking on “Market Data.”
Going forward, the Company intends to update this Market Data information and provide such updated Market Data information on its Investor Relations website no later than the close of business on the second business day following the end of each month, and may also provide one to two additional updates within each month.
