SELECTED FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The financial statements of Marathon Petroleum Corporation (the "Company") for the periods ended on and prior to March 31, 2015 that have been previously filed by the Company are presented without giving effect to the stock split approved by the Company's board of directors on April 29, 2015. The stock began trading on a split-adjusted basis on June 11, 2015. As a result of the stock split, we are presenting selected financial data for the Company, which reflects the two-for-one stock split for the three months ended March 31, 2015 and 2014 and for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010.
The following tables should be read in conjunction with Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations and Financial Statements and Supplementary Data in our Annual Reports on Form 10-K and Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q for these periods.
