Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock option vests in equal monthly installments over a three year period, until such time as the option is 100% vested, subject to the continuing service of the Reporting Person on each vesting date.

2. Due to administrative error, a separate option award was erroneously included on the original Form 4 filed on August 30, 2019. That original Form 4 is hereby amended in its entirety.
