On June 13, 2022, NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a C$4.35 million non-brokered private placement of Units of the Company. A copy of the June 13, 2022 press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
