On October 25, 2016, NioCorp Developments Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “NioCorp Reports Highlights of 1st Quarter Fiscal 2017 Financial Results” providing highlights of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016
