Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 31, 2023, Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company), announced the departure of Chief Executive Officer, Dolf Berle, effective June 30, 2023. The Company’s founder and current Co-chair of the Board of Directors, Sven Lindblad, will return as Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with Mr. Berle on a smooth transition.
