Explanation of Responses:

1. Common Stock and Warrants purchased on 3/30/18 were sold together as Units of the Issuers private placement. Each Unit consists of one share of restricted common stock at $0.13 per share and one-half warrant. One whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one share of restricted common stock at a price of $0.22 per share for 24 months commencing at the closing of the offering on March 30, 2018.

Remarks:

Common Stock and Warrants purchased on 3/30/18 were sold together as Units of the Issuers private placement. Each Unit consists of one share of restricted common stock at $0.13 per share and one-half warrant. One whole warrant allows the holder to purchase one share of restricted common stock at a price of $0.22 per share for 24 months commencing at the closing of the offering on March 30, 2018.
