On May 17, 2016, Coherus BioSciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the institution of an Inter Partes Review of AbbVie Inc.’s U.S. Patent 8,889,135 directed to a dosing regimen in which 40 mg of Humira is administered subcutaneously every 13 to 15 days to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
