Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers
Effective April 9, 2021, John Carruth resigned as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PetVivo Holdings, Inc. (“PetVivo”). Following the resignation of Mr. Carruth, Robert J. Folkes has been hired and appointed Chief Financial Officer of PetVivo.
