Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 1, 2014, Chrysler Group LLC announced U.S. retail sales of Chrysler Group vehicles in April 2014, as set forth in the table below. Chrysler Group reported finishing the month of April 2014 with a 74 days supply of inventory (505,965 units). U.S. industry sales figures for April 2014 were internally projected at an estimated 16.3 million units Seasonally Adjusted Annual Rate (SAAR).
