Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 15, 2013, the Board of Directors of Home Loan Servicing Solutions, Ltd. declared a dividend of $0.12 per ordinary share for the month of January 2013. The dividend will be payable to holders of record of our ordinary shares as of January 31, 2013 on February 11, 2013.
