Explanation of Responses:

1. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of May 17, 2020, by and among Petros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Petros"), Neurotrope, Inc. ("Neurotrope"), PM Merger Sub 1, LLC, PN Merger Sub 2, Inc. and Metuchen Pharmaceuticals LLC, as amended, (the "Merger Agreement") the stock options were disposed of as follows: the reporting person received an option to purchase one (1) share of Petros Common Stock for every option to purchase five (5) shares of Neurotrope common stock held.
