On June 30, 2011, State Investors Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the newly formed holding company for State-Investors Bank, a federally chartered savings bank with its headquarters in Metairie, Louisiana, issued a press release announcing conclusion of the subscription offering and the approval of the Plan of Conversion of State-Investors Bank.
