On December 1, 2011, DynCorp International Inc. (“DynCorp International”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Tucker Holdings, Inc (“Holdings”) announced its participation in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance Conference in Orlando, Florida on December 2, 2011 at 8:10 a.m. eastern time. Chief Financial Officer, Bill Kansky will present.
