Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.On March 8, 2016, Performance Sports Group Ltd. issued a press release announcing preliminary results for its third quarter of fiscal 2016 (“Fiscal 2016”) and revisions to its Fiscal 2016 outlook.
