Plymouth Industrial REIT Declares Fourth Quarter 2017

Common Stock Dividend

BOSTON—(December 15, 2017) Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (NYSE American: PLYM) today announced the Company’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.375 per diluted share, or an annualized dividend of $1.50 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2017. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2018, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017.
