Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 1, 2018, Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.46875 per share, or an annualized dividend of $1.875 per share, on the Company’s 7.50% Series A Cumulative Redemption Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's stockholders of record as of March 15, 2018, and payable on April 2, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
