| 1. On June 17, 2015, the Reporting Person received 25,953 out of a total of 50,000 board approved options, as there were insufficient shares then available under the Issuer's 2011 Equity Incentive Plan and the remaining 24,047 options were granted subject to an increase in shares under the 2011 Equity Plan. As an increase in shares under the 2011 Equity Plan was recently approved at the Company's 2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting, this grant represents the balance of the June 17, 2015 award with the same vesting and expiration dates as the original 25,953 option grant on June 17, 2015. |
| 2. The Reporting Person received a grant of stock options pursuant to the Issuer's 2011 Equity Incentive Plan. The option shall vest in full on the one-year anniversary of the grant date. |
