Item 5.03 – Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws
On September 16, 2014, the Company’s amendment to its Articles of Incorporation was declared effective in the State of Delaware. This amendment increased the Company’s total authorized capital from 5,000,000,000 to 9,010,000,000 shares, consisting of 9,000,000,000 common shares, par value $0.00001, and 10,000,000 preferred shares, par value $0.00001.
