On August 17, 2020, Moxian, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 11:00 am local time on September 26, 2020, at Room A, Level 2, Carpenter Haus, 36 Carpenter Street, Singapore. Shareholders as of the close of business on the record date, August 18, 2020, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
