Other Events
On July 18, 2019, Yatra Online, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares (“Yatra”) and Ebix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Ebix”), issued a joint press release announcing that they will be hosting a joint conference call to further discuss Ebix’s acquisition of Yatra on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 8:00 am EDT. A copy of the joint press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Additional Information and Where to Find It
In connection with the proposed transaction between Yatra and Ebix, Ebix will file a registration statement on Form S-4, and Yatra will file a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K which will contain a proxy statement/prospectus concerning the proposed merger, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).
