Explanation of Responses:

1. On October 1, 2011, Mr. Westbrook was granted 1,000,000 options to purchase common stock shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.08 per share. The Options vest over the course of four years at a rate of 250,000 on the first anniversary, and 20,833 per month for the next 36 months. The Options expire on October 1, 2021. As of March 16, 2015, 863,699 of the total 1,000,000 options have vested and are exercisable.
