Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 24, 2021, 74,701 shares of IP common stock were transferred from a family trust of which the reporting person and her spouse are the sole trustees and beneficiaries to the reporting person's spouse.

2. On December 21, 2021, the reporting person's spouse transferred 74,701 shares of IP common stock to a family trust of which the reporting person is the sole trustee and the reporting person and her children are the sole beneficiaries.

3. These shares are held in trust for the benefit of the reporting person and her children, and the reporting person is the sole trustee of the trust.
