Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
Pingtan Marine Enterprise Ltd. (the “Company”) received a notice from The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”) on March 1, 2013 indicating that because the Company’s warrants do not have 400 round lot holders the Company no longer complies with Listing Rule 5510(a)(4) of Nasdaq. The Company has indicated to Nasdaq that it understands that the warrants no longer comply with Listing Rule 5510(a)(4) and that the Company does not object to Nasdaq delisting the Company’s warrants.
