On April 8, 2021, CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it plans to spin-off its Home Networks business into an independent publicly traded company. The Company currently expects such spin-off to be completed by the first quarter of 2022. The Company also announced certain cost reduction initiatives to reduce operating costs throughout the Company, which are currently being implemented.
