On May 5, 2021, Stratasys Ltd. (the “Company”) furnished a Report on Form 6-K (the “Original Report”). The form elements of Form 6-K (including the cover page and signature page) were inadvertently omitted from the original filing due to an administrative error. This amendment does not amend, modify or update any disclosures contained in the Original 6-K, including with respect to any events occurring after the furnishing of the Original 6-K.
The contents of this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K (this “Form 6-K”), including Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 101 annexed hereto, are incorporated by reference into the Registrant’s registration statements on Form S-8, SEC file numbers 333-190963, 333-236880 and 333-253694, filed by the Registrant with the SEC on September 3, 2013, March 4, 2020, and March 1, 2021, respectively, and shall be a part thereof from the date on which this Form 6-K is furnished, to the extent not superseded by documents or reports subsequently filed or furnished.
