Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 3, 2021, Fastly, Inc. (the "Company") announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 by issuing a press release and a shareholder letter. A copy of the Company's letter to its shareholders and a copy of the press release are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
