On July 5, 2018, the reporting person filed a Form 4 reporting an award of 44,247 RSUs on July 4, 2018. According to the terms of the Limited Partnership Agreement of Great Hill Equity Partners V, L.P., Great Hill Equity Partners V, L.P. is entitled to the economic benefit of all securities awarded to the reporting person in connection with his service as a director of the Issuer. As such, the reporting person does not have a pecuniary interest in the RSUs granted by the Issuer to the reporting person and as of the date of this report does not directly beneficially own any securities of the Issuer. |
