On March 29, 2018, Alta Mesa Holdings, LP (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its year-end earnings and providing an operational update. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein. In addition, on March 29, 2018, the Company posted an operational update presentation on the Company’s website, www.altamesa.net.
